The University of Málaga (UMA) reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the information contained on eventos.uma.es, and may limit or deny access to such information. Specifically, UMA reserves the right to remove, limit, or restrict access to its website in the event of technical difficulties caused by external factors or circumstances beyond UMA's control that, in its judgment, may reduce or negate the security levels adopted for the proper functioning of the website.

Personal Data Protection Policy

The user guarantees that the personal data provided to eventos.uma.es is truthful and takes responsibility for communicating any changes to such data.

UMA guarantees full compliance with the regulations on the Protection of Personal Data.

The collection and automated processing of personal data are intended for the management, administration, provision, expansion, and improvement of the services in which the user chooses to participate, as well as the sending, through traditional and electronic means, of technical and operational information regarding the services offered by eventos.uma.es.

UMA has implemented the legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data and endeavors to install additional technical means and measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided to eventos.uma.es. However, the user should be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

Users have recognized rights and may exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification, and opposition, as well as the right to be informed of any transfers made, by contacting eventos.uma.es through the contact form resulting from clicking the "contact" button in the "About Us" section located in the footer of the eventos.uma.es page.

Eventos.uma.es may use cookies when a user navigates the website, associating them solely with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous user) and not providing the user's name and surname.
